Ingredients For Momos Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For dough- add maida, one table spoon oil, a pinch of salt and add water accordingly, prepare a soft dough.
  • 2. For filling:- take a pan, add oil, let it heat, now add onion and garlic. Saute well.
  • 3. Now add cabbage and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Add salt, pepper and vinegar, saute and switch off the flame.
  • 5. When the filling is cooled at room temperature, take small portions of dough.
  • 6. Flatten them, fill them and shape them in whatever form you like.
  • 7. Prepare a steamer, and steam the momos for 25 minutes.
  • 8. Serve with hot sauce.
