Ingredients For Moong dal samosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and add maida,corn flour,salt and Ghee.(corn flour gives crisp to samosa outer layer)
  • 2. Then mix well and knead a dough using cold water. And keep asideforrest
  • 3. Now take a pan and add OIL then add moong dal,ginger chilli paste.
  • 4. Now add salt and cook untill it becomes soft. Now add gram flour and again mix well and roast
  • 5. Now add salt and cook untill it becomes soft. Now add besan and again mix well and roast
  • 6. Now cool mixture at room temperature. Now make equall sized small balls from dough and roll puri
  • 7. Now cut it between and using half of puri make cone. Now fill stuffing and pack it to give shaape of samosa.
  • 8. Now fry all samosa at medium flame till Golden brown in colour.
