Ingredients For Mughlai veg keema paratha recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak soya chunks for 1 hour, then remove water and mash it.
  • 2. Heat ghee in a pan, saute ginger and garlic for few seconds, add chopped green chilli and saute for few seconds.
  • 3. Add chopped onions and saute till soften, add all spices and salt , then add mashed soya in it, mix well and cook for few minutes. Add water if needed.
  • 4. When water dries add chopped coriander leaves. Keep aside.
  • 5. In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt ,knead a soft dough, cover and rest for 10 to minutes
  • 6. Now roll Puri fill soya keema in middle, apply water at edges and seal it from all four sides.
  • 7. Heat tava add ghee and shallow fry till done. Serve with ketchup.
