Ingredients For Naagin Paneer Stake with Stir Fried Vegetables Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan, add olive oil, let it heat.
  • 2. Now add garlic, mixed herbs and chilly flakes.
  • 3. Now add onion, saute for 2 minutes, now add rest of the vegetables, salt and pepper powder.
  • 4. Saute for 2 minutes more and keep aside.
  • 5. Take a bowl, add a tea spoon of bhoot sauce, sugar, ketchup, mixed herbs and salt.
  • 6. Mix and add a piece of paneer and marinate.
  • 7. Now take a non stick pan, heat it and put the marinated paneer on it.
  • 8. Cook from both sides and serve with the vegetables.
