Methods
  • 1. Heat a pan and dry roast the seviyans in it. Keep the flame very low. Take it out in a plate.
  • 2. Put oil in the same pan and heat it. First of all add mustard. When mustard seeds splutter, add red chilli, urad dal, chandan, groundnut, ginger, green chilli and fry it.
  • 3. Add peas and capsicum to this and cook it for a minute or two. Mix the roasted seviyan in it. Add turmeric, salt and mix by adding two cups of water. Cover the lid and cook it on low flame.
  • 4. When the water dries up, switch off the gas. Add lemon juice. Take it out in a serving bowl, garnished with coriander leaves.
