Ingredients For No Yeast Garlic Bread Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add APF , salt , sugar , baking powder , baking soda , mixed italian herbs , sour curd , oil , milk and give it a good mix.
  • 2. Now slowly and gradually add water to it and mix it again knead it for 10 minutes. Apply little oil , cover it and keep it aside for approx 1 hour.
  • 3. In a bowl add butter at room temp , mixed herbs , crushed garlic mix it well.
  • 4. After 1 hour roll the dough with the help of rolling pin and make a thin round shaped chappati.
  • 5. Now put the prepared paste , mozzarella cheese and sweet corn and seal the sides with the help of water. Top it with chilli flakes.
  • 6. Preheat the kadai at medium flame for 10 minutes and bake it for 25-30 minutes.
  • 7. Garlic bread is ready.
