Ingredients For Nutritious Sattu Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First knead the dough by mixing wheat flour with little salt and water.
  • 2. Add a few drops of oil on top and keep aside for resting for 15 minutes.
  • 3. To prepare the stuffing, add sattu flour with chopped onion, garlic, green chillies, lemon juice, pickle masala and salt.
  • 4. Combine and mix everything properly.
  • 5. Divide the kneaded wheat dough into six large balls.
  • 6. Flatten the balls and put the stuffings at the centre. Bring the edges together and seal properly.
  • 7. Now, roll the parathas into rounds.
  • 8. Heat tawa and cook the parathas on both sides.
  • 9. Drizzle ghee and roast the parathas till golden brown.
  • 10. Sattu parathas are ready to be enjoyed. Serve hot with pickle or curd.
