Recipe Notes

The oats should be dry roasted otherwise they start smelling, if u don't want to use oats in dough u can make it has a gravy an serve as a dish along with rotis . It tastes awesome

Ingredients For Oats Pizza Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a kadai dry roast the oats so that raw smell goes off & keep it too cool.
  • 2. Then grind into fine powder, and remove it in a bowl.
  • 3. Then in that bowl add oats powder, maida, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and mix well and make a dough and knead dough with warm water and wrap it in muslin cloth and keep it for about half and hour.
  • 4. Then in another kadai add oil, add the grated onions, & fry till light pink , then add the chopped capsicum an mix well till soft
  • 5. Then add grinded tomatoes an mix well till oil comes out.
  • 6. Then add salt, tomatoes sauce, naagin sauce, oregano , and oats an tangy tomatoes masala mix well till it leaves its sides
  • 7. Then take a small piece of dough an roll it like a roti shape neither too fat nor thin.
  • 8. Then heat the tawa place the roti shape turn it upside down to see it's cooked from both the sides.
  • 9. Then remove it from the tawa and spread the cooked sauce over the roti an grate cheese on top an keep it on low flame.
  • 10. And after sometime serve it hot.
