Ingredients For Palak soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First, wash the tomatoes, spinach and ginger thoroughly. Remove roots from the the spinach, chop the tomatoes roughly.
  • 2. Put half a cup of water in a vessel, along with tomato, ginger piece and spinach, cover it and boil it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • 3. When it cools down, grind it in a mixer jar.
  • 4. Heat butter or oil in a vessel. Add cumin, black pepper, plain salt and black salt to it. Add the grated spinach mixture. Add half a cup of water and cook it till 2-3 boils.
  • 5. Switch off the gas and add lemon juice. Put in serving bowl. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
