Ingredients For Paneer biryani recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak rice for half an hour
  • 2. Make a paste of coriander leaves, ginger, chili with salt. Green paste is ready
  • 3. Cut the paneer into large pieces as per choice
  • 4. Marinate paneer into green paste and lightly fry in oil
  • 5. Boil rice with cloves, cinnamon and cardamom. When rice is 80% boiled then drained the water and remove cloves, cinnamon and cardamom from rice
  • 6. Brush oil into biryani pan and cover with rice with fried paneer one by another with three to four layer. Add ghee and biryani masala on each layer
  • 7. Cover and cook in low flame for five minutes. Turn off gas oven
  • 8. Take standing time upto ten minutes
  • 9. Ready to serve
