Ingredients For Paneer kabab Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all, take out paneer and potatoes in a bowl.
  • 2. Add finely chopped green chilies, green coriander, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, coarsely ground fennel, walnuts, black pepper powder and mango powder and mix it well.
  • 3. Now add corn flour or bread crumbs (as needed) and mix it well and give the shape of tikki.
  • 4. Now put oil on the pan
  • 5. when it is hot, put the gas on low flame.
  • 6. Put as many tikkis one by one on the pan.
  • 7. Fry well from both the sides till golden brown.
  • 8. Prepare all the kebabs like this.
