Ingredients For Paneer Masala Kathi Roll Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take flour and maida flour in a bowl and knead a soft dough and cover it for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Now heat oil in a pan. Now add ginger, garlic and chilli, now add onion and capsicum, and cook until it becomes slightly soft.
  • 3. Now add tomato paste. When the tomatoes are cooked well, add all the spices and add paneer.
  • 4. Let it sit for 3-4 minutes. Now add some Kasuri fenugreek and green coriander on top and mix.
  • 5. Take a dough, roll it a little, apply light ghee on it, fold it, dust it with some flour and make a thin roti. Put it in a hot pan and apply light butter or oil on both sides and cook.
  • 6. In a bowl, chop onion, tomato, green chilli and green coriander and add salt and lemon to it. Will prepare all the items.
  • 7. Now to make kathi roll, first take a paratha, apply cheese and green chutney in it, and then stuff paneer masala vegetable in the middle. Put tomato and onion salad on it and roll it.
  • 8. Our Paneer Masala Kathi Roll is ready.
