Take flour and maida flour in a bowl and knead a soft dough and cover it for 10 minutes.

Now heat oil in a pan. Now add ginger, garlic and chilli, now add onion and capsicum, and cook until it becomes slightly soft.

Now add tomato paste. When the tomatoes are cooked well, add all the spices and add paneer.

Let it sit for 3-4 minutes. Now add some Kasuri fenugreek and green coriander on top and mix.

Take a dough, roll it a little, apply light ghee on it, fold it, dust it with some flour and make a thin roti. Put it in a hot pan and apply light butter or oil on both sides and cook.

In a bowl, chop onion, tomato, green chilli and green coriander and add salt and lemon to it. Will prepare all the items.
7.
Now to make kathi roll, first take a paratha, apply cheese and green chutney in it, and then stuff paneer masala vegetable in the middle. Put tomato and onion salad on it and roll it.
