Paneer poha Recipe

Kanda poha is a Maharastrian cuisine. But I made it slight rich in taste by adding paneer and cashew nuts in it to make it a perfect breakfast.

Ingredients For Paneer poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat a Kadai with oil and then add mustard and cumin seeds.
  • 2. When they crackle then add the chopped onion, chilli, curry leaves, cashew nuts in it.
  • 3. In the mean time wash the poha with water and strain them from the water.
  • 4. Add paneer cubes in the Kadai and saute them till they become slightly golden brown in colour.
  • 5. Then add the poha in it. Mix turmeric powder,salt, sugar and grated coconut in it.
  • 6. Atlast add the lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix it well and serve by garnishing some grated coconut in it.
