Ingredients For PANEER STUFFED MAKKA PARATHA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a large bowl, combine all the above listed stuffing ingredients Now stuffing is ready.
  • 2. Heat water in a pan and bring to boil, Once boiled, add the makka flour and salt and stir continuously until water absorb the makka flour
  • 3. To make a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal size balls. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • 4. Divide the dough into balls stuff one tbsp paneer stuffing into the ball Seal the edges and roll out. On a heated pan make paratha applying clarified butter on both the sides. Serve hot with butter.
