Ingredients For Panner Pakoda Non Fried Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First mix besan, salt,turmeric powder,jeera,hing and rice flour make a batter with water and keep aside.
  • 2. Now take few pieces of panner.
  • 3. Grate panner and add mint mayonnaise and peri peri masala and mix well with fingers and not with spoon. With spoon it does not mix well.
  • 4. Now heat a pan and grease with oil and scoop half teaspoon of the batter with gaps so as to make mini chila type or pancake type.
  • 5. Now add the panner stuffing followed by Kasuri methi and layer it with the batter again.
  • 6. Cover and cook on slow flame till light brown on both sides. Serve hot with your favourite sauce.
