Ingredients For Papad Capcicum Tufani Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in kadai.
  • 2. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida.
  • 3. Add tomato and saute it. (Don't saute till mash. We want some crunch). Saute just 1 to 2 minutes.
  • 4. Now add capcicum and saute it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • 5. Add 1/2 cup water.
  • 6. Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and kitchen king masala mix well.
  • 7. Now add pieces of papad on full flame. Papad will absorb some amount of water.
  • 8. Our subji is ready to eat. Enjoy with chapati.
