Ingredients For Pav Bhaji Maggi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take one maggie packet and boil it without tastemaker.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and green chilli. Saute until it changes color.
  • 3. Add chopped onions and saute till it turns pink on medium flame.
  • 4. Add tomato puree and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Add salt, red chilli powder, sugar, pav bhaji masala and half of the tastemaker. Saute for a minute.
  • 6. Add boiled maggie noodles and mix well.
  • 7. Add a little bit of butter on top. Garnish with chopped onions, coriander leaves, and lemon wedge & serve hot.
