Ingredients For Pav Bhaji Masala Flavoured Pigeon Peas(Toor) Fry Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly,wash the Pigeon peas nicely.
  • 2. In a cooker take Pigeon peas,salt,turmeric powder and water and cook it for 4-5 whistle.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,green chilly and asfoetida powder,let them crackle.
  • 4. Now add chopped onion and salt and saute it for 1 minute on low flame.
  • 5. Finally add cooked pigeon peas and pav bhaji masala,mix well and cook for 2 minutes on high flame.
  • 6. Add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
  • 7. Pav bhaji Masala Flavoured Pigeon Peas Fry is ready to serve with steamed rice.
