Ingredients For Peas Pulav Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Washed and soaked rice for 10 minutes..
  • 2. Finely chopped potatoes, onions, cabbage..
  • 3. Take a mixture jar n add coriander leaves, green chillies n ginger n salt to taste. Grind it n make fine green paste..
  • 4. Boiled rice with peas, potatoes and water as required. Cooked 80%.
  • 5. Heat Pan and added cumin seeds in it, when it cracked than add onions in it n cooked few seconds..
  • 6. Now added green paste n mix it, added all spices in it n than added cooked rice.
  • 7. Mix nicely n turned off gas,sprinkle some coriander leaves and served hot with curd or daal..
