Ingredients For Pizza Aloo Paratha/ Closed Pizza Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make hard dough with wheat flour.
  • 2. Mash potatoes and add salt, pepper, red chilli powder, chilli flakes and oregano to it.
  • 3. Now make a medium sized roundel from the dough. Roll it a little thick.
  • 4. Take another roundel smaller than the previous one and roll it with same thickness.
  • 5. Now on the bigger rolled dough spread pizza topping sauce in small quantity, put potato filling evenly, place chopped capsicum and onion evenly not too much, top with grated cheese. Keep the smaller rolled dough on top and seal the ends with the help of some water.
  • 6. Take the rolling pin and use it with light hands on it for 2-3 times.
  • 7. Grease a preheated tawa amd place the paratha/closed pizza on top. Let it cook on medium flame. Apply oil evenly on both sides until golden brown.
  • 8. Serve hot with pickle, salad oe onions.
