Methods
  • 1. Add refined oil in the pan on low flame for 3 minutes
  • 2. Once it is heated, add rai.
  • 3. Post which add onion and saute till it changes colour.
  • 4. Now add potato, green chillies and saute it for 5-7 minutes.
  • 5. After this add tomatoes and saute it for next 5 minutes.
  • 6. Now add salt, kitchen masala and turmeric powder and mix well.
  • 7. Meanwhile wash poha in running water and strain it in a strainer. Leave it for 5 minutes
  • 8. Now add poha in the pan and mix well for 5 minutes on low flame.
  • 9. Poha is ready!
