Methods
  • 1. In a pan add oil, peanuts deep fry in medium hot oil, strain and take out it in a bowl.
  • 2. Now add cornflakes deep fry in a medium hot oil, strain and take out it in a bowl.
  • 3. Now add raisins, cashew, almonds deep fry in a medium hot oil, strain and take out it in a bowl.
  • 4. Now add sago and curry leaves deep fry in a medium hot oil, starin and take out it in a bowl.
  • 5. Now add poha deep fry in a medium hot oil, strain and take out it in a bowl.
  • 6. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients (poha, cashew, almonds, raisins, cornflakes, sago, peanuts )mix well. Now add all spices (salt, black pepper, powder sugar) mix it well properly
  • 7. Poha chivda namkeen is ready. Let everything cool and store. Poha chivda in an airtight container.
