Methods
  • 1. Wash the poha and keep aside to 10- 15 minutes.
  • 2. Mass the boiled potatoes in a bowl
  • 3. Add all ingredients and mix everything till get a dough.
  • 4. Now makes cutlets.
  • 5. Another Bowl add all purpose flour and water to make thin slary.
  • 6. Take bread crumbs in plate.
  • 7. Dip the cutlets in the slary and coat with bread crumbs.
  • 8. Heat the oil in a pan and add cutlets.
  • 9. Take the cutlets out when they turn into a golden brown and serve it.
