Ingredients For POHA MINI UTTAPAM RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. First take poha wash it under water in strainer and drain excess water.In a jar of grinder ,add poha, salt,black pepper,red chilli flakes,ginger in small pieces
  • 2. Add half cup curd and 1/8 th cup water grind it to make paste.Take out in a bowl.add rice flour to it.
  • 3. Now in other pan, heat oil add black mustard seeds,sesame seeds as they crackle transfer it to poha paste.Mix it ,add remaining curd to it,mix well.
  • 4. Brush little oil on mini uttapam tawaPlace one spoon of batter on each ,sprinkle carrot,onion,tomatoes and coriander leaves.
  • 5. Cook at medium flame for 1 minute,flip it and cook for another minute.Serve hot with tomato ketchup
