Hello friends. Today I am going to share another recipe from poha. It's inspired by maddur vada which is famous south Indian dish in Karnataka. But I gave some changes in authentic dish. Let's see how to make it.

Recipe Notes

You can adjust spice as per your taste. If you find mixture is dry add some water or if you find mixture is wet add some maida or semolina.

Ingredients For Poha vada Recipe

Methods
  • 1. 1st wash poha for 2 to 3 times.
  • 2. Take it in bowl and add semolina and maida.
  • 3. Add chopped onion, green chilli, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  • 4. Add salt and asafoetida.
  • 5. Heat 3 spoon oil in kadai and give tempere of gram daal, urad daal, mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  • 6. Add it in poha mixture. Mix well and complete bind it.
  • 7. Heat oil in kadai for deep fry.
  • 8. Take small ball from mixture and flatten it on greace palm.
  • 9. Deep fry it oil on medium falme till become crispy.
  • 10. Our poha wada is ready. Serve it with chutney.
