1.
Knead maida salt oil and water.into soft dough and keep it in moist cloth for 10 minutes.

Boil potatoes and mash and add the ingredients mentioned above

Take a dough and make a ball size and roll in to round and put the filling in the centre and bring all edges together and seal with water and press and similarly make other balls and heat oil and deep fry and serve hot with your favourite chutney.
