Ingredients For Prawn coconut pulao recipe

Methods
  • 1. First wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 30 minutes.
  • 2. Filter the boiled banana flower from water and mashed it.
  • 3. After that in the mashed banana flower, pour grated paneer, prawn paste, salte to taste and other spices.
  • 4. Now mix everything together and make small balls from the mixture.
  • 5. Heat the oil and deep fry the prawn balls.
  • 6. Now in a pan heat the ghee and fry the dry fruits and take it.
  • 7. Now in the ghee pour tej pata, whole garam masala, coconut milk and one cup more water.
  • 8. When the Boiling comes in the coconut milk pour the rice, salt and sugar according to taste.
  • 9. When the rice becomes half cooked then add prawn balls and dry fruits.
  • 10. Now cover it with the lid and let it boil.
  • 11. When the rice becomes full cooked pour the kesar mil and switch off the flame.
  • 12. After this, turn off the gas flame and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • 13. Now serve the delicious food in a plate.
