Ingredients For Pundi khadi tart recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat a kadai, pour 1tbsp oil, add mustard, cumin and fry well,
  • 2. Then add coriander, chopped chilli, ginger,fry well, pour water 1:3,
  • 3. Add salt, pour suji, mix well make sure it should lumps less close lid leave 5mins,
  • 4. Then mix well, take small amount, make round shape place all balls in steamer steam at 5mins then take out
  • 5. Heat a pan add steamed balls put coconut coriander on top fry well
  • 6. Pundi is ready
  • 7. For khadi heat a cadai pour oil add tadaka
  • 8. Take a bowl put besan,curd,chilli powder, turmeric,salt mix well pour in tadaka bring to boil for until it gets thick
  • 9. Then pour on a bowl put pundi sprinkle pomogranate seeds ready to serve tasty breakfast
