Ingredients For Rabdi Sevaiya Katori Recipe

Methods
  • 1. At first we will make katori so for that make small crumbs of vermicelli
  • 2. Now take a pan and add a ghee. Now add vermicelli and saute it till it coloures red
  • 3. Now add water in it and add a condensed milk in it
  • 4. In 2 minute will be cooked. Don’t over cooked it
  • 5. Take it in a plate
  • 6. Now take a disposable coffee cup and for make katori add vermicelli in it. And put in freeze for 2 hours to set
  • 7. Rabdi recipe:
  • 8. At first take a pan add milk, milk powder, condensed milk, cornflour, sugar and mix it well
  • 9. Now turn on the flame of gas. Mix well otherwise it’ll be lumps
  • 10. When it get texture of rabdi add rose essense and red food color in it and mix well
  • 11. Cool it well and put in the fridge for 1 hour
  • 12. Now cut the disposable cup and demould the katori
  • 13. In katori pour the rabdi and serve it chilled
