Methods
  • 1. In pressure cooker, add soaked vatana, potato, 1 tomato, salt, turmeric, cooking oil and water. Boil it on 7-8 whistles until vatana cooked well.
  • 2. In serving chaat bowl, take some boiled vatana and topping it with green chutney, meethi chutney, curd, spices, onion, tomato and lemon juice.
  • 3. Crush some sukhi papdi for topping. Put nylon sev and coriander leaves.
  • 4. Ragda Chaat is ready to eat. Enjoy it.
