Ingredients For Ragi and nuts ladoo recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pan, add water , add grated jaggery to it and melt it ,don't over cook,just melt
  • 2. In other pan, take 3 tbsp ghee ,roast all nuts one by one and take it out
  • 3. To same pan, add 2 tbsp ghee roast all ragi flours till pinkish switch off the flame
  • 4. In a bowl, put this ragi flour ,with all roasted cashews and desicatted coconut and cardamom powder mix it well ,add 2 tbsp ghee
  • 5. Now add melted jaggery to it and mix it well
  • 6. Now make ladoos out of it
  • 7. Ragi and nuts ladoos are ready and serve it
