Ingredients For Ragi Chila Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients. Mix it well.
  • 2. Add water to adjust the consistency. Keep it aside for rest for 25-30 minutes.
  • 3. Heat tawa . Grease it . Make chilas from the batter. Cook it from both the sides till it becomes crispy and brown. Apply oil on both the sides.
  • 4. Serve it with sauce or chutney.
