Ingredients For Rajasthani Makki Ka Dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. For dhokla, sift the maize flour and mix green coriander and all the spices in it. Now add milk and curd to this mixture. And apply soft dough.
  • 2. Now make round dhoklas. Now place a mesh steel plate in the cooker and add some water. Now assemble the dhoklas.
  • 3. Take another 4/5 whistles and nice corn dhoklas are ready.
  • 4. Pour ghee on the corn dhokla and serve it hot with curd, dal salad and chutney.
