Ingredients For Rajma Chawal Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a cooker, saute onion till soft & light golden. Add ginger garlic paste & jeera mix well.
  • 2. Now add soaked rajma and stir in it.
  • 3. Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and dhaniya powder. Mix well. Add tomato puree and green chili.
  • 4. Add chopped coriander leaves. Give it a good stir. Cover & let it cook for 15 mins on low heat. Add water & cook under pressure for 4 whistles.
  • 5. Reduce heat and cook it for another half an hour. Open cooker and gentle mix.
  • 6. Delicious rajma is ready ..Serve with rice.
