Ingredients For Rice flour Crispy Masala Strips Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a vessel and all ingredients, by gradually adding boiled water mix nicely and knead a semi-soft dough.
  • 2. Divide dough in equal portions of balls.
  • 3. Sprinkle dash of rice flour over kitchen platform and roll dough balls with the help of rolling pin like thin chapati.
  • 4. Cut it like strips.
  • 5. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 6. Deep fry all the strips on medium flame until it becomes golden brown from both the sides.
  • 7. After deep frying all the strips, immediately sprikle dash of chaat masala powder,black salt and red chilly powder and toss it nicely.
  • 8. Rice Flour Crispy Masala Strips are ready to serve.
