Kids usually don't like chapati. In this lockdown with the problem of rationing. I utilized the leftover chapatis to make a healthy and tasty snack for my son. To my surprise, he finished it in a minute!!! Do try my recipe..?

Ingredients For Roti Samosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and add boiled potato, chopped onion, grated ginger, chopped green chilli, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, black salt, lemon juice, coriander leaves, grated cheese. Mix all together.
  • 2. Now, take a leftover roti and fold twice to make triangle. Stuff the potato mixture in the roti. Meanwhile, heat a pan. Add oil to it.
  • 3. Roast the samosa on a medium flame until crisp from both the sides. Take them out once cooked.
  • 4. Apply tomato ketchup on open side of samosa then namkeen sev. Sev will stick to the samosa with the help of ketchup.
  • 5. Leftover Roti Samosa' is ready to be served.
