B careful while mixing saboo dhana powder in water so that lumps should nt be formed . The groundnuts skin should be removed after dry roasting it

Ingredients For Saboo Dhana Rolls Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast sabudana till raw smells goes off. Keep it too cool . Then grind it into powder form.
  • 2. Pressure cook the potatoes, smash it nicely , then add salt, garam masala pd, jeera, amchur pd, mix well. Dry roast the daliya.
  • 3. Then dry roast the groundnuts an grind it into powder form , then add it to the boiled potatoes , add Rajgira Atta an mix well
  • 4. Then in a bowl add sabudhana powder which you grinded, add water an mix well so that no lumps aarevformed
  • 5. Then add it to the potatoes mixture an mix well. Knead it like a dough. Then roll it like a rolls, & dip it in daliya and store it in a refrigerator it for about half an hour
  • 6. Then take it out an deep fry it
