Sabudana khichadi Recipe

Sabudana prepared in mild spices is eaten during the fasting of the month of Sawan. It is very light due to which it is very easy to digest. Ingredients For Sabudana khichadi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all wash the sabudana thoroughly with water 2-3 times. Now soak it in very little water for 4-5 hours (take water only till that level of sabudana, if you take a little more water, then the khichdi will not become blooming)
  • 2. Now heat ghee in a pan. Now add mustard seeds, cumin, green chillies, curry leaves, peas, tomatoes, potatoes and salt and fry them.
  • 3. Now add sabudana to the pan and mix. Now cook like this for 1 to 2 minutes and now cover it and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
  • 4. Sabudana Khichdi is ready, now add some green coriander and serve it hot.
