Ingredients For Sabudana khichdi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak sabudana in water 3/4 cup for 6 hours.
  • 2. Put pan on the stove and open the flame at mideam at put oil in it and then fry the chopped potato cubes for 2 minutes and put them out in a bowl.
  • 3. Then put 1 spoon oil and then put cumin seeds , chopped green chilli , curry leaves and now put the soaked sabudana in it and then fry for 10 - 15 minutes by stirring it.
  • 4. Then add roasted peanuts , potato cubes , black pepper , sendha namak and then fry for 5 minutes now add chopped cilantro , lemon juice then mix well.
  • 5. Then serve.
