Methods
  • 1. Soak sago/Sabudana over night
  • 2. In a kadhai add 4 tbsp of oil. Add jeera, curry leaves and greem chillies to it. Once the sputtering is over add a little salt in oil.
  • 3. Cut boiled potatoes into medium size dices. Add them to oil and mix well.
  • 4. Now add the sago balls. Add black salt and black pepper. Mix well
  • 5. Take it out on a plate. Sprinkle coriander and consume with spicy farali chevda.
