Ingredients For Sabudana kichidi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First wash the sabudana pearls three times till the water comes clear.
  • 2. Now soak the sabudana firms for five hours but do not for too much water just Chill the brim.
  • 3. In a deep Kadai add oil jeera and let it’s platter then add turmeric, Hing,curry leaves ,green chiliesAnd sorted a bit.
  • 4. Now add the sabudana pearls Sprinkle little by little water till the sabudana becomes translucent.
  • 5. Now add Crushed peanut powder and mix well add salt to taste and mix well.
  • 6. Garnish with peanuts and serve hot.
