Ingredients For SANDWICH PARATHA Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl mix wheat flour, salt,ajwain and mangrail altogather.
  • 2. Knead to make a dough.
  • 3. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • 4. Make a equal size balls.
  • 5. Flatten the balls into thick round paratha.
  • 6. Grease oil on the paratha and sprinkle dry flour.
  • 7. Apply ring shape onion, sliced tomato, coriander leaves and green chillies on the top of the paratha.
  • 8. Sprinkle salt in it.
  • 9. Cover this with another paratha.
  • 10. Then roll out the paratha.
  • 11. Cook on hot non stick pan applying oil till both the sides are cooked and golden brown in colour.
  • 12. Cut into four pieces.
  • 13. Sandwich paratha is ready.
  • 14. Serve with sauce. .
