Ingredients For Sarso Ka Saag Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pressure cooker, add chop bathua and sarso then put on a medium flame. Cook till 5 whistle.
  • 2. Now switch off the flame, strain bathua and sarso under running water.
  • 3. Now take a sauce pan, add oil, garlic and onion then put it on a medium flame. Cook until they get brown in color.
  • 4. Now add salt, red chili powder and coriander powder. Cook for few minutes.
  • 5. Now add sarso and bathua. Cook until oil come on top.
  • 6. Switch off the flame then put it in a serving bowl.
  • 7. Serve hot with indian breads.
