1.
Heat oil in a pan add onion and saute for few minutes now add capsicum and mix well.Now add green chilly and mix well.

Add paneer and 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce and saute for few mins. now add salt and mix well turn off the flame.Now stuffing is ready.

Take a large bowl combine wheat flour,carom seeds,onion seeds,1 tbsp clarified butter and salt and mix well.Make a soft dough with the help of water.

Keep aside for fifteen mins.Divide the dough into balls and roll it grease some Clarified butter and stuff one tbsp paneer stuffing into it.
5.
Seal the edges and roll out paratha. On a heated pan make Schezwan paneer paratha applying clarified butter on both the sides.
