Ingredients For SCHEZWAN PANEER PARATHA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan add onion and saute for few minutes now add capsicum and mix well.Now add green chilly and mix well.
  • 2. Add paneer and 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce and saute for few mins. now add salt and mix well turn off the flame.Now stuffing is ready.
  • 3. Take a large bowl combine wheat flour,carom seeds,onion seeds,1 tbsp clarified butter and salt and mix well.Make a soft dough with the help of water.
  • 4. Keep aside for fifteen mins.Divide the dough into balls and roll it grease some Clarified butter and stuff one tbsp paneer stuffing into it.
  • 5. Seal the edges and roll out paratha. On a heated pan make Schezwan paneer paratha applying clarified butter on both the sides.
  • 6. Serve hot.
