Take one bowl and put semolina in it. Then add curd, green chilli, salt, baking powder and sugar.

Then mix them nicely. Then add water in it. Now cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Then add eno and 1 tbsp water in it and mix them. Now take a plate and spread oil in all the sides of the plate. Now put this mix in the plate.

Now keep it for 10-15 minutes for steam.

Till the time we kept for steam we will prepare the tadka. Now take a fry pan and put oil in it.

And then add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, green chilli, salt, sugar and 1 tsp lemon juice. Then add water and then let it take a boil and then off the gas.
7.
Now take the rava dhokla which we kept for steam. Then let it cool down fully and then cut them in pieces. Then add the tadka from top of the dhokla.
