  • 1. For the dough... First of all, put oil in the pan and fry the onion for 2-3 minutes. Now add all the vegetables and spices and fry it.
  • 2. Now add semolina and water to it and keep stirring continuously on low flame. The dough is ready when it thickens.

  • 7. Now roll it around in bread crumbs. Set it well with your hands. Similarly prepare all semolina hearts.
  • 8. Now keep them in the fridge. For 2-3 hours so that it gets set well.
  • 9. Now put oil in a pan and heat it and fry it. On medium and high heat. Serve hot with semolina hearts chutney. .... Jai Mata Di .... Meetu Garg ...
