Ingredients For Soyabeans Masala Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak soya chunks in hot water for 4-5 minutes. Squeeze all the water.
  • 2. Take a mixer jar, add onion, tomato, ginger, garlic and green chili. Blend it to make smooth paste.
  • 3. Heat oil in a wok . Add cumin seeds when it starts crackle add onion paste in it . Roast it on low medium heat till oil starts. releasing.
  • 4. Add all the spices and soya chunks. Mix it well. Roast it .
  • 5. Add water to adjust consistency. Simmer it for few minutes.
  • 6. Turn off the flame add coriander leaves.
