Ingredients For Soye Paranthe/ Dil leaves Paranthe Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash bunch of soye and finely chop soye leaves.
  • 2. In plate, add chopped soye leaves, atta, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and mix well.
  • 3. Add fried ginger, fried garlic and melted Nova ghee and mix well.
  • 4. Add water and knead dough.
  • 5. Set aside for 5 minutes.
  • 6. Take a ball from kneaded dough and roll out roti.
  • 7. Cook it from both sides.
  • 8. Add ghee on both sides and shallow fry from both sides.
  • 9. Serve soye parantha with butter and boondi raita.
