Ingredients For SPINACH PURI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Wash the spinach and boil in a pan for five mins and add some salt. Cool down for some time then strain it
  • 2. In a kneading bowl, mix wheat flour,suji. boiled spinach, carom seeds,onion seeds salt, chilly flakes and clarified butter. Make a soft dough.
  • 3. Keep aside for 15 mins. Divide the dough into a ball. Flatten the ball into thin round puri. Heat enough oil in a pan and add the palak puri.
  • 4. Lower the heat and fry till light brown. Serve hot with aloo bhaji
