Ingredients For Spinach Soup recipe

Methods
  • 1. Remove stems part of the spinach. Wash all the vegetables very very well. Cut tomatoes into pieces.
  • 2. Take a sauce pan, add all the vegetables, salt, sugar and 1/2 cup water. Boil it for 4-5 minutes on low medium heat.
  • 3. Let it cool completely. Blend it in a mixing jar to make fine paste.
  • 4. Transfer it in a pan. Add 2 cup water. Give it 2-3 boil. Add all the spices .
  • 5. Turn off the flame. Add lemon juice. Transfer it in serving glasses or bowls. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
